Put the garlic and chilli in the bottom part of the Flavour Shaker™, drop the ball in and screw the top on tightly. Shake until you have a thick paste.
Unscrew the Flavour Shaker™ and add the peanuts. Screw the top back on and shake until nicely smashed.
Add a tablespoon of the peanut butter and a squeeze of lime juice and shake to blend everything together.
Now add the oil, soy sauce, rice vinegar and the rest of the lime juice. Shake again to combine all the flavours. When the mix looks smooth, pour it into a bowl and stir through the remaining peanut butter. If it’s a bit thick, you can loosen the dip up with a splash of hot water.
There you are – a lovely nutty satay sauce in under a minute! Serve over some barbecued skewers of chicken or pork.
